Q: Where do you ship from?

A : We ship from our partner warehouses and factories in the US, Europe and China. Please note that your items may be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of production.

Q: What is your return policy for damaged goods?

A: If a product you ordered arrives damaged, please email our support team and we will send you a new product immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for replacing damaged products if the report is made more than 72 hours after receipt.

Q: How long does it take for my items to arrive?**

A : It typically takes 5-10 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary by customer location and from product to product depending on demand and shipping location.

Q: How long does it take to receive a tracking number?

A : It usually takes 2-4 working days.

Q: Where can I place an order?

A : You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Q: Where is your company located?

A : We have administrative offices in the UK and Switzerland, warehouses in the USA and high quality suppliers in China.

Q: What currency is billed in?

A : We process all orders in USD. While the shopping cart contents are displayed in multiple currencies, checkout will be done in USD at the current exchange rate.

Q: Will I receive an order number when I place an order?

A : Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their order. Please contact us if you do not receive one within 24 hours.

Q: Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

Q: Is checkout secure on this website?

A : You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe.

Q: Will my email address be resold if I enter it?

A: We do not sell our customers' information. Emails are used solely for follow-up and sending newsletters with our promotions and discounts.

Q: Do I (the customer) have to pay customs duties?

A: In most countries you don't have to pay customs fees, but it depends on where you are and if you order more than one piece.

Q: Can I make changes to my order/delivery address?

A : We usually process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@uvende.de and we will do our best to accommodate this change. However, we cannot promise anything.
If the item(s) have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we are unable to make any changes to the order. In this case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate headquarters and we will exchange it for the correct item.
